Vacuum distillation processes (up to 0.01mbar) enable us to delicately separate liquids by lowering their boiling point. They are ideal for mixtures that do not tolerate prolonged heating, explosives or very high boiling molecules.
We make regular deliveries and collections all over Europe, using our fleet of iso-containers, our fixed storage facilities and our relationships with several international logistics partners. Our teams visit your premises to consider the most effective solutions for your needs. We also deliver in tanks, isotanks or platform trucks. Moreover, we offer conditioning in IBCs and/or barrels, even for temperature-sensitive products.
After receiving a sample, we put together a technical dossier and determine the most appropriate treatment for your product based on the properties and volumes to process. We follow your specs with respect to quality standards as well as disposing of and processing the waste.

For new purification projects, we conduct tests on representative samples (1 to 2 kg) to develop analysis procedures, conduct corrosion tests, and approve process choices. We are able to treat products with very high fusion (120°) and boiling points (300°).

They receive training about the risks involved in their work and how to use safety equipment (fire safety, health and safety, hazmat suits, self-contained breathing apparatus, ATEX, and driver competence training).
