Triadis Villeneuve-les-Béziers site obtains MASE certification for the next three years
The Triadis Villeneuve-les-Béziers hazardous waste management platform is now MASE certified. Created by a group of companies at the end of the 1990s, MASE is an operational standard for companies and industries wishing to adopt the simplest and most effective improvement process.
The standard is based on five pillars, enabling companies to structure their commitments, improve employee skills and qualifications, streamline work organization, and enhance the efficiency of the management system with a view to continuous improvement.

Safety is a top priority
After four years of work, ranging from diagnosis to planning and skills management, including operational implementation and assessment, the Triadis platform in Villeneuve-les-Béziers has created a series of measures to improve the safety of its 25 employees. For example, every daily operations meeting and every weekly interdepartmental meeting begins with a focus on safety. New hires and contractors are systematically welcomed with a focus on safety. Handling aids have also been introduced to improve workstation ergonomics and adapt certain work situations.
This in-depth work has led to the mastery of communication and monitoring tools, highlighting the site’s culture of continuous improvement.
MASE certification can be awarded for one or three years; the site has been awarded the maximum certification of three years, a further proof of the rigorous work undertaken by the Triadis Villeneuve-les-Béziers teams.
All these measures reinforce Séché Environnement’s commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being at its sites.
