Operation and maintenance
Without you, nothing works!
You are the driving force behind everything we do at our facilities and those of our clients. Your technical and operational skills mean you have an essential role to play in protecting the environment. You can help us recover hazardous and non-hazardous waste, rehabilitate polluted land as well as treat water and wastewater.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, proactive and enjoy being part of a team. They must understand the importance of upholding safety rules, enjoy being in the field and know when to show initiative while operating within a strict framework.
Sales
Without you, we can’t sell anything!
Our sales team acts as the bridge between the Group and its industrial clients, local authorities and SMEs. They are on the front line when it comes to upholding the Séché Environnement values, acting as an ambassador for the Group in France and around the world.
Day in, day out, we empower our sales team as we rely on their considerable technical and relationship skills to represent Séché Environnement on the ground.

R&D and laboratory
Without you, we can’t make progress!
Innovation is of fundamental importance as we can no longer wait to tackle the environmental emergency, which is why we have invested in research and development since our very beginnings. Our R&D specialists work to develop new solutions to help our clients bring about their environmental transition.
We are looking for people who are meticulous, responsible and innovative, who enjoy being on the front line and are full of ideas. They must be inventive, able to find practical solutions that work in the real world, and interested in learning about cutting-edge techniques.
Support teams

Our support teams help develop their colleagues’ careers, facilitate core projects and ensure safe and proper working conditions, thereby enabling the Séché Group to grow in the right way.
We are looking for people with solid interpersonal skills, who are diligent and know how to facilitate projects and support employees in a caring yet demanding manner.

Engineering and studies
Without you, we lack expertise!
Engineers can use their knowledge to protect the environment. On the front line on the ground, they design new solutions and provide answers to the questions arising from the Group’s operations. The challenges are considerable and vary greatly, spanning waste treatment and recovery, rehabilitation, wastewater treatment, and industrial water treatment, requiring expertise and innovation day in, day out!
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, proactive, meticulous and organized. They must share the Group’s ambition and wish to join a reasonably sized team in which they can develop their professional skills.
Transportation and logistics

Welcome to the community of Séché drivers! They prepare their routes, deliver and track products for clients, always in compliance with the highest safety standards.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, patient and organized, have a feel for customer service and take special care to adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.
