Keep learning, all throughout your career
Our training policy combines the need to satisfy the Group’s collective requirements, those of the teams on the ground, and the personal aspirations of each individual. This enables us to constantly adapt to changes in our industry and factor in the way in which employees wish to develop their skills. The aim is to expand both our expertise and the human capital within our teams.
Continuous training is a powerful tool to improve the way we work, pass on our knowledge and develop new skills. We’re excited to see what you can bring to the table!

Drive progress in your profession and develop your team
Across our very diverse range of professions, we share the same focus to facilitate and encourage people to show initiative.
Since 1985, we have been listening to our people and their suggestions to draw inspiration from their practices on the ground. Sharing knowledge and best practice in this way drives progress day in, day out, and gives people an opportunity to play an active role in moving their profession forward.
If you strive for excellence in everything you do, and are excited about writing the future of your profession and developing your team, you’re in the right place!

The Séché recruitment process
1. We carefully consider your application
We take the time to consider every application we receive. Each one receives a response, even if we decide not to pursue the application. If your profile fits the vacancy or is better suited to another opportunity within the Group, we will get in touch to learn more about your situation and better understand your professional expectations. Following this initial contact, we decide whether or not to organize an interview so we can go into greater detail about your career plans.

2. You are invited to an interview with our HR and operational teams
The interview with HR and your potential line manager is as important for the candidate as it is for the company. We conduct interviews in person, and/or by video call or telephone. An interview represents an opportunity to learn more about one another, which is why we strive to foster a genuine climate of trust and put candidates at ease so they may shine. We give you all the information you need to understand what would be expected of you, your responsibilities and what the job entails. Moreover, we use the interview to learn more about your career, your experience and most importantly your expectations. Following this stage, we keep you informed about the decision made and next steps.
